Lyz Marsden

Lyz Marsden is a London-based Makeup Artist. After working in the marketing side of the industry, Lyz realised that she wanted to be closer to the core creative process and so began assisting leading Makeup Artists. Inspired by enhancing faces, working with textures and colour, Lyz quickly progressed to become a Makeup Artist in her own right.

Now with over a decade of experience, Lyz is passionate about skin and believes that great makeup needs a good base and therefore cared for skin.

“ A lot of issues the camera may pick up can be made better with the right skincare products, and the way they’re applied.”

A firm believer in producing make-up where skin looks like skin and forming a flawless base as a start to any make-up look, Lyz has created looks for  personalities including Clemence Poésy, Melanie Laurent, Ellie Bamber, Olga Kurylenko, Sophie Cookson, Clara Paget, Poppy Delevingne, Lily Donaldson, Adwoa Aboah and Suki Waterhouse.
